Oddfellows

1. It has been a few years since my last visit, glad to say it has improved in all areas in my opinion. Decent service, good food not expensive. Good bar area and range of drinks. Staff were helpful apart from when we were waiting to get the bill, but we weren’t rushed. Can’t complain.

2. 3 weeks in a row tried to go to have the “all day roast dinners”. Clearly it’s not all day and the kitchen excuse for all three meats each time is that they’ve run out. The first time we reluctantly stayed and had hunter’s chicken , the other times we walked out.

   Surely the demand will be higher on Sundays so a bit of forward planning maybe?

   Ended up going to the 2 Greens had an amazing meal with great service. Picture below. Won’t be wasting our time anymore at Odd Fellows.

3. Food was very good, hot fresh, well presented and very tasty. Unfortunately the service was a bit of a let down. We ended up ordering online as there was no table service, and our desert were brought out without first clearing plates away.

4. Visited this place whilst on holiday from Ireland. The sirloin steak and chips were delicious, and I enjoyed every bite. The only negative was that there were no onions with the steak, which, for me, is always a must l. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this establishment and will be visiting again soon. Excellent value for money also. Well done, everyone, and big shout out to the bubbly and festive lady greeting us on our arrival and showing us to our table.

5. When you enter at Odd Fellows you wait to be greeted by a team member they will seat you.

   We had a table pre booked, a large table and group members arrived at different times.

   They where accommodating took everyone’s drink orders at different times. Waited for everyone to arrive and where very helpful with the kids food.

   Food came out hot, everyone enjoyed thirst food portions are good.

   To be fair I have been on a number of occasions and the service is consistent and always good the food is hot.

   Vegetarian food options are available, there is always a specials option available.

   Puddings options are a good selection also.
