What a lovely find. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. I had the mezze plate, and at £12, it was fantastic value for money. So many good flavours, especially the aubergine and falafel were delicious. I also love the social function of the spot, with flexibility and options for payment. Will 100% be coming back. A true community spot, and a far cry from the chain restaurants of Oxford.
A very good spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch serving very tasty food with a Middle Eastern influence. There is plenty of seating and you are greeted with a warm welcome. Food is served beautifully presented and all of the dishes we tried were just delicious.
Such a lovely restaurant with a great cause behind it. Food was AMAZING!!! The Batata Harra was so good I really recommend. Shakshuka and the hummus was also amazing. Recommend for a nice lunch, the atmosphere is very relaxing and staff is lovely.
Amazing mezze bowl! Hot, fresh and delicious, so much variety and flavour. The cafe was not packed on a busy weekday and my daughter and I were made welcome with a relaxed atmosphere and books to look at during our visit. Best place for lunch in Oxford in my opinion!
Damascus Rose Cafe stands out as a social enterprise and community space. Great place to work, read a book and host an event. Rose Special soups is delicious 👌🏻
