1. Really enjoy getting coffee and pastries from them. They have a wonderful selection of sweet and savoury treats. I love their cinnamon social the most! Staff is extremely friendly and plenty of seating space.

2. the worse customer service ever
   went to the shop this afternoon around 12pm with my boyfriend, we ordered a hot matcha and a hot chai latte and two pastries. the lady who was taking our oder just walked away in the middle of the order to help with delivery and say nothing when she came back, we need to repeat our order again and again cause she wasn’t paying any attention, before she walked away and when she came back
   the drinks were also terrible, that’s the hot matcha i got. the foam, the latte art and the taste just more than horrible, everything with this matcha was so wrong
   the barista clearly didn’t know what he’s doing cause even my boyfriend’s chai latte tasted nothing like chai
   i been to this shop before and not once like this time

3. Yummmmmm. Very delicious coffee, sandwiches and cakes. All beautiful and home made, fresh. Everything was perfect, how they looked smelled and tasked. Spacious venue. Very clean.

4. They should really have someone moving around the restaurant to clear tables when people leave. Upstairs, there were plenty of unoccupied tables, but you had to move the plates yourself and give the table a wipe with napkins. We, along with another group that arrived after us, ended up using the same table as a makeshift area to discard items. Perhaps I’m being picky, but even McDonalds manages to clean their tables quicker…

5. Poor – most of the time there is only one barista in the busy morning rush. They try but they need more staff – today for example, it took ten minutes to get a coffee with just two people in front of me.
