Olif

1. The owners and staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble! Food was unbelievable, we have eaten here before but it was our first time staying and it really lived up to its expectations. The rooms were all clean and felt very luxury – especially after gorgeous walks outdoors, to come back to Olif was the best sanctuary. Thank you we will definitely return!

2. We stayed here for 2 nights and we couldn’t have asked to stay anywhere better.

   Check in was nice and easy, thoroughly explained through email and WhatsApp. We ate in the restaurant, and the food was incredible, as well as the service.

   Room was lovely, and quiet.

   Location is perfect, and we will definitely look to stay again.

   Owners are lovely, and welcoming and will help with anything that is needed.

3. Did a little road trip with my husband through England and Wales, and this was by far the nicest hotel! They had lovely big towels, big tub, stocked mini bar, conditioner, comfy bed, and the best breakfast(Get the Welsh breakfast!). We even had an early start one morning, and they packed a large to-go breakfast bag per our request. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and Fiona took great care of us! What a wonderful place, and I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to this beautiful country.

4. We only visited the bistro in the evening. Classic tapas, cooked well with good ingredients. Portioned for people who have spent the day doing something strenuous, and very reasonably priced. We loved Olif. It seems to be busy though, so booking might be a good idea.

5. We ate at this amazing little restaurant while on holiday in Betws -y-Coed.What a wonderful find. Being a vegan isn’t always very easy, yet the Olif had a fabulous choice of delicious dishes. The staff were both very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be going back their next year when on holiday. In fact, we wish we had found it on our first night of the holiday not the last.
