Great local coffee shop. We usually go here since it’s like 3-5min from our house. Really nice. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, and delicious baked goods and drinks! My dad’s cappuccino was good, my hot chocolate and croissant was yummy, and so was my sister’s burrito, delicious. Great atmosphere and ambiance, quick service, and great workers who work here. So, all in all, great local coffee shop. Will be back!
Cute coffee spot to grab fancy coffee. They have interesting flavors or just plain hot/iced options. I got the pistachio mocha one that had black onyx chocolate. I loved the pistachio flavor, but the chocolate was overpowering and too dark chocolatey for my taste. Price of coffee is high due to it being a more upscale place. The inside is cute and they have outdoor seating which is nice!
Incredible Cappuccino! I’m hard to please & most shops steam the milk too hot but they got it PERFECT at Pablo’s!
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Pablo’s Coffee on 6th Avenue as the best coffee shop I have ever been a regular at. I have been coming to this location for almost 6 years now. I found Pablo’s when I first moved to Colorado at the end of 2018 and needed a new place to work on art, drink a comforting drink, and to socialize. Pablo’s is all of this and more.
Over these almost 6 years Pablos never once failed to be a safe space for everyone with people who remember you, your name, and your order. Even when I took breaks and couldn’t make it for months at a time, when I returned, they were there with a smile and asked how I’ve been.
The people who work at this location are some of the best people I have ever had the luck of interacting with and I will always recommend Pablo’s as the best Coffee shop around. Not just because of their amazing coffee, but because they truly embrace the community around them through selling local artist’s pieces, building relationships with regulars, and so so so much more.
Thank you to the people of this location for being the best around and for providing me with a place I can call my favorite spot to enjoy a cup of coffee
Busy upon arrival. Very limited coffee options but we chose a Vietnamese coffee and matcha. Both tasted great. I noticed that the person in front of us was only prompted for a $1 / $2 / $3 tip, but when we ordered we were hit with 15% / 20% / 25%. We tipped 20% without thinking, just to realize the cashier gave us the wrong pastries. This is a great example of why we shouldn’t be asked to tip prior to service. I also wouldn’t care as much about a mistake if it was only a dollar or two.
No wi-fi but we didn’t need it. I would be more likely to come back if they offered that.
