I ordered a salad that Came with green goddess dressing and I got another type of dressing instead. The salad itself was really flavorless and soggy. I ordered the butternut squash soup & it was so sweet. It felt like they put a cup of sugar in the whole whole thing so it wasn’t even healthy. Way too sweet for a soup. Hated all my food and I’m really not a picky person i eat pretty much everything. But if I’m paying $20 for a soup and salad, it better be good.
The girl who ended up checking us out had an ear pod in her ear. The sweet girl who was in the register had to ask for her help 4 times before she heard her. When she finally came to the register to take our order she never gave us our cups for drinks we had to reach and get them our selves. She never gave us a beeper so we didn’t know our food was waiting for us. There were 3 of us, we ordered 3 sandwiches but only got 2 plates??? We had to share plates. Below are pictures of the minuscule amount of egg on our sandwiches.
Panera has always been a favorite but this visit was definitely disappointing. I ordered a large broccoli Mac and cheese, mango lemonade, and the bear claw. After ordering at the counter, I was able to find a booth easily and the table was clean. After setting in, I got my food in just about fifteen minutes.
Unfortunately the large broccoli mac and cheese I had ordered was not nearly large enough for the price I was charged. It was over cooked and mushy, not hot at all, and certainly didn’t taste fresh. The bread that comes on the side was also cold and just ok.
The lemonade on the other hand was much better. It wasn’t too sweet and you could definitely taste the fruit flavor. The bear claw was delicious and not too dry.
Overall it was just an okay experience, but other locations might fare better.
Two experiences – has been filthy and slow both times, neither of which seemed very busy to outside eyes. Ordered through the app for each, both times the orders weren’t ready until >20 minutes past the estimated time. Heard the food preppers coughing on the orders today so I dropped mine in the trash on the way out. Lesson learned.
The place is dirty, table was sticky, the food was absolutely disgusting. The foundation drink area had flies around the machine. The portions are smaller and prices are higher. My salad had brown lettuce and a disgusting avocado. I have better food at a gas station. This is not fresh food and definitely not worth the money.
