Panera Bread

1. Panera doesn’t have many vegan options but what is there is quite tasty. I grabbed a Mediterranean salad with hummus, tons of veggies added, a bag of chips, and a nice beverage.

   The portion was good, the food was well prepared, the dining experience was enjoyable.

   The music wasn’t too loud – a good volume to be heard but not so loud that you can’t have a conversation.

   I’ll be back for future visits, for sure.

2. We are the only car, in the whole entire parking lot. I ordered online, and they obviously did not check their orders because I was told to go to the window, but then someone told me that the order just went thru, and asked me to pull into a parking spot and they will bring it to the car when is ready. I would have understood if it was busy, but literally we were the only clients and only ordered a you pick two and 2 drinks. Get it together.

3. Sooo sleek and clean! Good food!

4. The new menu consists of cheaper quality food. They discontinued their turkey sandwiches that had roasted turkey. Their new sandwiches use cheaper sliced processed lunch meat. They still charge top dollar. I am truly finished with Panera. The thing that set them apart from a fast food restaurant WAS their quality ingredients. Not anymore.

5. Had a late morning brunch with my wife and baby on a weekday. Location was clean, quiet and, thanks to the staff, very welcoming. We had a couple of sandwiches and a soup; all were tasty. I prefer this location over the one in Wyomissing and I try to stop in whenever I’m in the area.
