  1. I recently visited the Paper Cup Project in Liverpool, and I must say, it’s an awesome place! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food and coffee are simply great. One of the standout features is their “pay it forward” coffee scheme, where you can buy a coffee for someone in need. It’s a beautiful way to give back to the community. They also have a selection of second-hand books and clothes, adding to the charm and purpose of the place. Highly recommend visiting!

  2. The coffee works as a revenue generator for a charity for the homeless people. The glass setting on the outside of the building is really good for enjoying the weather 🌦️

  3. I have often walked past this café, but unfortunately it has always been past their closing time. However, after watching a KC Imageworks YouTube video on homelessness, I really wanted to visit, purely because of the ethics. So I did. I made a plan.

Well, Paper Cup Coffee….what can I say about you, apart from this was such a lush experience? I’ll write a list; the lovely welcome from the staff, excellent service, really good coffee and absolutely delicious food ( I had the sausage and Stilton baguette) which was a very generous size. Their menu is varied with a good choice, veggie/vegan options and there are a both savoury options including soup and sandwiches, as well as cake(s).

The best part about here is you have the opportunity to Pay It Forward on a coffee for the homeless people living on the streets of the city. That’s the ethical bit, the conscience.

I will definitely be back here. I will be bringing friends. It’s a gem of a place.

  4. What a cracking space and one of the best coffees I have had ever! Served with humour and a smile. Aaron and Jason were very friendly and approachable. Unlike a lot of coffee houses this was really spacious not cramped and had a quirky lovely feel to it. It felt a safe space in a big city and what I loved was the diverse clientele. Highly recommend you make a stop here. It’s ground floor of the Q parks car park.
