Phat Buns (Coventry)

1. The lunch time deal £6 until 5pm is great. Specially I can choose from 4 burgers. Each burger on their own cost more than £6 after 5pm. The burger and chips were very tasty and burger itself was succulent. The staffs were polite.

2. The best vegetable burger I ever had.
   Potato tots is way better than any fries. So yeah kudos to CHATS for replacing the normal fries with tots🙌🏻😀
   I personnel liked their mango crush iver any other!

3. We have been regular customers of Phat buns ever since they opened this store. But of late the serving is not even half as good as how it always has been and the prices have increased steeply. Our order is always wings in phat sauce. Of late there’s hardly any sauce added to dip and have the wings. Earlier we used to enjoy dipping the wings in phat sauce and having it. In today’s visit, we specifically said there was less sauce in our last order. Even after mentioning the same, today’s package when opened was like just a bit of Phat sauce brushed on top of chicken, forget dipping and enjoying.

   If this is something Phat Sauce as a chain has decided to serve, let us know, we will explore other places where we can enjoy the serving. If that’s not what Phat sauce wants customer experience to be, train the staff in this outlet on how much sauce needs to be added in each order.
   We don’t want to pay for dip and end up getting chicken wings brushed in sauce.

4. revolting, clearly they don’t wash the lettuce and clean it thoroughly or even at all , glanced at it and lost my appetite immediately , i’d like to see whoever made it to take a bite out of the burger

5. I regularly like to indulge in beef burgers as my vice, and this particular place has been on my radar for a while. I was drawn in by the “lunch meal deal” on this occasion. Good value for money, but I’m rather miffed as to why the classic burger doesn’t come with any sauce and is chargeable as an extra, when it includes “sauce” in the description of the burger? Subsequently, I ordered the “American burger” which was over powered by mustard and the ketchup was tasteless and runny. Funnily enough the sauce wasn’t excluded in this burger though as part of the meal deal though? Chips taste good and were non oily! No sauces are provided for free with chips. Good value for average fast food.
