Pret A Manger

1. I was overcharged by 3.95 he charged me for two hot chocolate even as I ordered 1. I calculated on calculator and told him then did he only realize he charged me extra. I think he understood he overcharged me because he kept looking at receipt and smiling. When I got refund of 3.98 no apology or anything. I shall no come here again and will tell many others via social media and in person to avoid Pret.
   Let’s home it goes bankrupt

2. Nice place upstairs of the Westgate shopping centre. Very polite and helpful. Went at lunchtime & very busy still a good selection but long waiting time. Managed to sit down though. There’s toilet available. Child and buggy friendly too.

3. Every time I come here I am pleased to be served by Thatiana! She got great costumer service, she is very kind and she makes me feel at home! I definitely recommend this place and her service!

4. The assistant called Dan was extremely rude. Our hot drinks were like warm. Scones were being advertised on the counter but weren’t available. The table was dirty. Lots of staff behind the counter but service was chaotic. I wouldn’t go back

5. Favorite coffee shop in UK. Excellent pret! Very clean and well serviced. Various seats. Free tap water.
