Pumpkin Cafe Leeds Coach

1. To be fair, proper coffee by proper coffee machine is super while waiting for the coach and a long bus journey. Surely a bit expensive than disgusting coffee but different is different.

2. Came in as I got off the coach absolutely boiling and wanting an iced drink however only one type was available. I was fine with this and the drink was nice. The only let down was the customer service, the man at the counter didn’t say a word to me and went into the back for around five minutes after I ordered my drink. Didn’t ask me what size just charged me for the largest and gestured to the card machine without saying anything. Really good quality drinks but the customer service needs improvement 🙂

3. I recently visited Pumpkin cafe’ shop and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff called Nang who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. The delicious food and cozy atmosphere added to the charm, making it a highly recommended cafe.

4. Met by a reluctant server having had to ring a bell for service, the person serving clearly could care less about how they come across. When I asked if they had any different milks he said “what do you want?” to which I replied “what have you got?” He gave a wisened look at which point I gave up on trying to have any sort of pleasant interaction and waited for my drink to be prepared which was promptly dumped on the side.

5. Pumpkin Cafe offers a friendly service, but unfortunately, their coffee falls short in quality. The taste of the coffee is notably lacking the standard of a Nescafe machine located just outside the shop. For those seeking a satisfying cup of coffee, exploring other options might be more rewarding.
