Placed an order on the pure dirt web page via their Facebook profile and payed for it online and had the £42 taken out of my account.
Waited for an hour until till my collection time and I walked up to the premises to collect my order only to find the place was closed with shutters down.
I then rang their contact number to be told they were closed at them premises and working at another site, and that they knew nouthing about my order.
Was told that their their app shouldn’t have been taking any orders.
After a few phone calls I eventually was refunded my money.
Me and the family very disappointed and hungry aftery waiting that time and to not get our food. Ended up getting food from the chinese thats a few doors down after this and received it no problem.
Don’t think we will be trying this place again after being let down.
Ordered online the other week waited what felt like an eternity phoned to see where my food was they had moved sites said website should not have taken order as they didn’t have it so I’d to order over phone wait then wasn’t long and food was lovely tried ordering via phone twice last week multiple times tried no answer .
Went to the café for lunch on its opening day with my daughter and wife. The waitress was born for the job and the chefs were too. The decor is lovely and the seats are comfortable. Already planning my next trip back.
We had a delicious Sunday dinner with all the trimmings. The two guys were more than helpful and friendly despite being very busy they made sure we had everything.
Go here most weeks for a fry up they allow you to choose what you want on it with no set menu and it’s just a good greasy fry none of this healthy nonsense when you go for a fry it’s a treat it’s not meant to be healthy. I’ve had coffee and sandwich in it as well, they do a very nice latte. Great wee spot, the lads who run the cafe are the best of craic too always get a good laugh. Just a good old fashioned no frills cafe.
