Redroaster at Brighton Dome

1. Very pleasant experience. Staff attentive, coffee banging and the avocado crab Benedict was fresh and comforting. Jamie approved

2. Overall lovely and relaxed experience. The girl serving me, I believe her name was Sadie made it just that extra bit special with her quality service. She made sure my iced latte came with just the right amount of maple syrup too. Keep it up sadie!

3. Came here for my work Christmas do. The food was fabulous and everyone enjoyed their food. I had pate on a crumpet and steak for mains, both of which were superb. I don’t drink so I was delighted to see such a wide range of soft drinks, namely the Passion fruit fizz!
   Would love to eat here again.

4. I recently visited Red Rooster in Brighton for brunch with friends, and while the food was nice, the service was severely lacking.

   We were charged for three extra people and were told our refunds would be processed automatically after we paid the correct amount. Eight days later, and we still haven’t received anything.

   Repeated calls have led to no resolution, and overhearing unprofessional conduct from the staff was the final straw.

5. Very nice, good coffee and the crab, avocado Benedict was fantastic.
