1. Not only the best bakery in Denver but one of the best businesses. Made with love, these pastries are legitimately some of the best I’ve ever had. I need to restrain myself from visiting every day. The churro croissant and pastel de nadas are my favorite! Note: good pastries = long lines, but well worth the wait!

2. Run, don’t walk to this gem of a bakery!!
   We stopped by after a morning hike and had the ham & cheese croissants and a sweet roll dusted with cojita cheese.

   The croissants were flaky and huge with the perfect amount of ham and melty cheese baked into them. We were in pastry heaven!!

   The sweet roll was a yummy treat that combined sweet with a dash of savory. We split in into three bites so that we could each have a taste.

   Our daughter says the chocolate croissant is unbelievable as well. The didn’t have any when we were there later on a Sunday.
   The staff was so friendly and patient while we were deciding what to try.

3. very small local bakery who sells different varieties of pastries on a daily basis. i’ve come here for a while but for some reason just found the time to write a review. i love their coffee, freshly made in front of you. pastries are fresh and sometimes straight from the oven. YOU MUST TRY THE COOKIE CROISSANT ITS TO DIE FOR. i heard chef does pizza occasionally based on photos but HE SHOULD DO IT ALL THE TIME cause it looked sooooooo good !!

4. The Team was spectacular! The vegan banana bread was so moist and the owner even offered us a free Nata! Was pleasantly surprised by the latte as well! Glad to know this bakery is walking distance – we will be back!

5. I cannot fathom how this bakery hasn’t gotten 5 star reviews across the board. Everything we got was delicious and I will definitely be back for more. From sourdough bread to super flakey laminated croissant dough you can’t go wrong.
