Riva Blu Italian Restaurant & Bar, Leeds City Centre

1. It was my first time visiting Riva Blu to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The ambience was cool, romantic and the interior decor was spot on.
   The waiters were very endearing and welcoming. Took very good care of us and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert.

   Speaking of the food, it was so delicious and rich in flavour. The tiramisu was something to die for! Highly recommended.
   Would definitely visit again in the future!

2. I’ve had the privilege of visiting some of the most iconic cities in Italy—Naples, Rome, Capri, Milan, Florence, and Venice—where I enjoyed some of the finest traditional Italian cuisine. With that experience in mind, I can confidently say that Riva Blu Italian Restaurant & Bar is the closest you can get to authentic Italian food outside of Italy, especially here in Leeds.

   The flavors here are nothing short of spectacular, capturing the true essence of Italy with every bite. Whether it’s the richness of the pasta, the perfect seasoning on the pizza, or the freshness of the ingredients, every dish is a masterpiece. The attention to detail in both the food and presentation makes dining here a special experience.

   Beyond the incredible food, what really sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional service. The staff is not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu. They are more than happy to offer recommendations, ensuring that you select the perfect dish to suit your taste. Their genuine passion for Italian cuisine really shines through in the way they engage with diners, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

   I’ve been to many restaurants in Leeds, and I can say without hesitation that Riva Blu is the best. It’s a hidden gem that brings the flavors of Italy right to your plate, combined with the warm hospitality that makes you feel like a valued guest from the moment you walk in. 3. Foods were amazing. Very fresh and tasty homey feeling foods. Staff were very warm welcoming.Laura who served our table was so sweet!

   Great atmosphere- suitable for couple dating and enjoy a great meal!

4. It is a classy restaurant and best by getting a reservation. Parking is around Park Row and surrounding. Once you enter, the staff will take you to a table and give you an opportunity to browse the menu and drinks/wines lists. Davide was assigned to our table but the other staff were also available. Excellent service. It is clean, spacious and wheelchair ♿ users should be able to settle in okay 👍. Toilets 🚻 are likewise spotless. The meals are typical Italian. Talk to the waiting staff to make sure you get what you think you want.

5. First time in Leeds in years and my partner booked here for my birthday. Absolutely amazing from start to finish, everyone serving us couldn’t have been more polite, genuinely friendly or helpful (quite a few bday pic requests!) The food was amazing, well presented and super tasty. For the price point, you can’t go wrong and will definitely be on my must go list when next in Leeds.
