Food – This was another whim restaurant we stopped in, and we are glad that we did. We tried the Halloumi Fries, Chunky Vegetable Soup, and the Crispy Chicken Spice Bag. Everything was delicious and was one of the best spice bags I have had. The soup tasted fresh, not overly salty, and was perfect for the cold rain day. There is a lot more on the menu, but that spice bag is calling me back.
Restaurant – Very nice restaurant, very clean and well decorated. The entrance is located off the main street and is down a really neat alley / square, which adds to the allure and appearance. Restrooms were clean and maintained.
Service – The waitress was wonderful. She provided the other couple some suggestions on popular dishes. The entire staff was pleasant and chatted with us as we were leaving. Great job for a great team.
Overall – As mentioned above, that spice bag is calling me back. I am looking forward to my next visit here. There is more to the menu to explore. The pizza oven is currently down, but it sounds like they are working on getting it back up soon. As we were leaving, we discovered Rue’s offers breakfast items also. Check this place out, cannot go wrong.
Fantastic food and great service! Had a wonderful time at Rue. The scampi was perfectly cooked, not rubbery at all. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. Would say it was a little too dark inside, but that’s my preference
The food was absolutely amazing, they catered very well for us as we were late for our reservation. We weren’t sat 2 mins before our drinks order was taken and food wasn’t long following the steak was Devine
Nice restaurant for quality food, drinks, and desserts. It’s a splendid place for meeting people and they have tables and seating that accommodates larger groups.
The staff are friendly and the food was good. Some actually speak fluent French and other languages. Nice touch when the name of the place means “Street” in French. And, the word on the street is that it’s a quality place.
We stopped in for an afternoon bite and coffee. The food was gourmet, but a wee bit daor.
Overall, nice atmosphere and ambiance.
Excellent steak and Guinness pie with creamy mash and mixed veg. Nice pint also👍🏻👍🏻
