#Smiths
Stacey at customer service helped us this evening. She was very nice and friendly. We left the store grateful for her assistance. Good job!!
Decent prices and nice employees can’t compensate for grocery carts that don’t roll well and lock up on the way to your car. Treating customers as thieves is an irritating experience.
Grocery baggers should NOT pack fragile items (fruit, veggies) under heavy items!
I just paid $.98 for a smushed pear…. ðŸ˜
I’ve been shopping here for years and have never been displeased with the selection and service. I tried Safeway and Walmart as a comparison, and their prices are so much higher than Smith’s. Plus, they have a very weak organic selection throughout the store compared to Smith’s. I highly recommend going to Smith’s for both value, quality, prices and selection.
Normally I would give Smiths a good review; however, thats because Smiths usually deserves a good review. When you enter the store, get a cart… doesn’t matter what cart, they’re all the same… horrible is a good description, they all bump, squeak, and steer horribly. So, that’s the entry. The store itself is really not too bad, has good produce and a good selection at the meat counter. The checkout is a joke, there may or may not have a checker 90% of the time it’s self checkout. If you make a mistake, try to figure it out yourself, most of the help there are not very friendly, in fact they can be quite rude. Frankly, and I say this reluctantly, I’d rather shop at Walmart than the Smiths in Farmington.
