South Kensington Kitchen

1. The place is small and cozy, similar to all places near the museums the chairs are way too close due to space constraints. The vive immediately invokes the sense of freshness of having a healthy meal maybe too many fake flowers on the walls. There’s fresh pepper and salt at the table which is always appreciated. The service is good some attention to detail is definitely missing. Food took 16 minutes to come out. At £20 price I had the mixed shawarma plate. The fries were not seasoned and too oily it almost looks like they are old, the salad was not seasoned. The meat is not evenly cooked but it’s well seasoned. The price is close to being the price of an experience rather than some quick snack but it does not deliver in any of the two. A 10% additional charge is added on top of the menu price.

2. SK Kitchen in Kensington is a delightful spot for enjoying classic English fish and chips. The taste was excellent, capturing the authentic local flavor. We also tried the pasta with shrimp, which was equally satisfying. The wings, though slightly overcooked, were still enjoyable, and the salmon was simply amazing.

   The restaurant is conveniently located next to the station, making it easy to find. While the prices are on the higher side, it’s expected for London. The staff are friendly, though the décor and overall ambience could use some improvement. Overall, a good choice for a fish dish if you’re in the area.

3. Very very average and not worth the price. I would have preferred a meal from a local street side business. Burger had nothing special. Sheekh tauq was tasteless. Meal quantities were highly limited. Order details were wron

4. Everything was excellent. Fast reception and service and very tasty food. I ordered fish and chips, burger plus drinks. All specific to London. Congratulations to the chef for the success. I recommend with great confidence! Note 10 !

5. Halal place. Love the atmosphere and decor, ordered the fish and chips and it was really good. The location is great too place is right near the museum and underground station
