1. Always been a shopper here. But the last 2 visits have been nothing but disappointment.

   They don’t stick to their own price tags. Selling a product above it’s retail price. See image below.

   I bought a £175 running shoe, was waiting. Asked someone if someone can help. The guy who came to help was confrontational & very rude. Had to tell him to chill & just help with the shoe.

   Look at the picture and laugh pls. The cap on official Nike website is £27.99. I paid the sale price of £32.99. Yes you are not reading it wrong. For this store, sales means price up.

2. This place is so dirty that I tried on brand new shoes and immediately after taking them off it the bottoms were brown as if I had just walked outside. Trash is all over the floors. The workers seem miserable and everything is overpriced.

3. My granddaughter just brought a coat from here, when she went to get something to eat she noticed a mark on it.so she took it back to ask if they could change it, she was asked for the ticket from the coat which was taken off by the staff and put in the bin,she told them this but the manager came alone and said they could not go in the bin,and was very rude and said that they would not change it. THE MANAGER should not be in charge of anything let alone a shop

4. Terrible customer service experience. Today I went to buy a very specific type of shoes and I needed help, I went to ask for help from who seemed to be the manager and he had me standing there, ignoring me as if the fact that I had spoken to him was a bother. I went to the checkout to ask for help, they called someone to come help me and they kept me there for around 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up and no, in the end no one showed up. I would like to say that it is the first time, but no, they are always like that, they get upset if you ask them something or if you ask for help, I better go shopping at another store close to that one. I do not recommend it.

5. Sports direct has moved over the road in Broad Street Reading. Now occupying the old Olsen property. It is huge. Seriously. Huge. Great layout. Loads of stock. It’s massive.
