Starbucks

1. Read a lot of bad reviews for here but the staff was nice when I went and friendly. Quick service, I tried the cookies and cream Frappe, it was nice and seemed like a nice chilled environment to have a coffee and relax. I didn’t try the food so haven’t gave any stars for that!! But overall a nice experience

2. I’m writing this review sat on a toilet in Morrison’s with severe diarrhea because the staff decided to use normal milk in my matcha latte instead of oat milk. Usually the staff are pretty good with allergies but today (31st July 2024) something has gone seriously wrong.

   It’s a shame because the location is perfect for getting into town via car, but I simply can’t trust them to get it right anymore.

3. Got a delivery to the office one day and it arrived quick. All orders were correct. Nothing was missing. Driver was also polite. Very pleased. Woul like to go and sit inside

4. Coffee is nice, cake is mediocre and ridiculously priced. The one star for atmosphere is because Starbucks decided to do a team meeting complete with team building exercises in the middle of the seating area and were very loud and disruptive when I’d come to meet a friend for a chat and a catch up. It was not an appropriate place for a team meeting of roughly 10 people in the middle of the day.

5. Constantly let down by this place. The staff are rude, even when things are their fault. Ordered a matcha (a green drink) got given a latte (a brown drink) and the guy acted as if we made the mistake. I get the same thing Everytime and it’s never right. Normal milk given instead of soya, syrups that are paid for never included etc. none of the staff seem happy to be there, and it seems that the staff don’t get along. The short round blonde girl has some kind of ego boost hatred for the world (again getting angry at us for her mistake). I would like to add that the girl with green hair has always been amazing, so lovely to everyone and makes the drinks as requested. She’s a star, and the soul reason we kept coming back to this one despite all the issues. However after this morning we won’t be back.
