Starbucks

1. I’ve had a few occurrences where the staff was rude and passive aggressive. The first time it happened to my mom and we decided not to complain. I then came back recently to try it again and the worker instead of informing me politely about incorrectly ordering the drink, she passive aggressively answered me. I don’t appreciate this behavior and will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks you.

2. the interior is the most beautiful i’ve ever seen in a starbucks. they did a spectacular job with that. bookshelves, mugs, plants, art pieces. such a calm, relaxing, and safe environment in this starbucks. great place to sit and work, especially when i came, because there was not too many people or noise, so it’s good to focus. the staff was sooo nice, and the drinks were amazing as usual. (as a starbucks addict.) definitely have to give this to them, one of the best starbucks’ i’ve ever been to. 100/5

3. At first visit, I could’ve been impressed since the employee who took it got it right. But I’ve been ordering for the two months now while being in the Hamptons temporarily., and consistently they keep getting my order wrong. Literally the lattes
   have been getting have no taste at all. I’ve been ordering flavored lattes, but it seems like I’m not getting the flavored part of it.
   It’s disappointing

4. This is the most disgusting Starbucks in the Hamptons. Whoever manages this place has nothing kept clean. The pictures I’ve linked are just absolutely nasty.

5. I ordered a drink with no strawberries and they put strawberries and I than i order a Madeline with no chocolate and it had chocolate and I ordered a coffee cake once and it took 30 minutes when I go to a different Starbucks it takes 1. Also they say they “close at 7” but sometime they close at 4 and never change the website .
