Starbucks

1. Dirty inside and out, tables not wiped down and floor filthy. Shame really as the coffee is okay. Need to keep on top of the clearing away and use a cloth. Not a single table with crockery or crumbs. The outside seating area is a healthy hazard!

2. Just had coffee here, wanted to review as it was such a lovely experience. Quiet, attentive staff, offered a pour over they were trialling. Not sure what to say, but this was certainly not what I was expecting given the recent poor reviews. I can only judge it based on this one experience of course!

3. Usually come here and the service is wonderful! My order is a Chai latte with vanilla & extra chai.
   Today at around 17:20 I came to the store to get my usual noticing a new worker who was not so keen to serve customers hence her eye roll and miserable demeanour.
   From what I know – the chai latte is – chai syrup , , milk of choice and ice.
   Please tell me whyyyyy this lady PUT WATER in my chia syrup THEN the milk…… honestly I’m so annoyed ! To the point I’m writing a review! The drink was ordered and came out within what 30seconds – literally little to no care about our order & honestly just made me uncomfortable even ordering.
   Please hire people that TAKE CARE & passion in their work!!! Have made great & friendly small talk with all the other workers – no complaints other than that!

4. Came in for drinks before shopping. Queue is long and as for the people waiting for drinks they have already paid for well that’s even longer. One nice chap serving Scott I believe his name was and a young lady making the drinks. There are 2 other members of staff on but one older blonde lady disappeared out back and another younger chap stocking up and emptying bins rather than trying to get the queue of people waiting down

5. This has to be the most unorganised, understaffed cafe I have ever known. After queuing for almost an hour (only about 5 ahead of me) I had to give up or I’d of missed a personal appointment. One kind man serving, one heavily looking pregnant lady making drinks. She did not want to be there as she had no pace. Kept disappearing out back. And then to make matters worse. A starbucks lorry pulled up in a very busy car park, blocking juctions/views etc just to do a delivery! Surely this is something that would be safer around the back of the shop? Never again. The place was a mess, sticky tables, free for all.
