Starbucks

1. I will start by saying I work in the service industry and make an effort to be kind to those who do as well. The older lady with glasses and brown ponytail is always mad about something. She does not need to work in service, she is so horribly rude. Not only has she been rude to me almost every time I am here. I have seen her be rude to costumers to the point they leave.

2. I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks recently. It took over 20 minutes to receive four drinks, and to make matters worse, two of them were made incorrectly. The staff member taking our order was also quite rude, which added to the frustration of the situation. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit was very upsetting. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

3. New location, wonderful big interior and drive thru in the Lane Park Village. Be aware that Google Maps isn’t quite accurate yet on the location. The Starbucks is actually closer to Culver Road but Maps sent me towards the Grand Bohemian Hotel. This set up is such an improvement over the old location which was teeny and formerly had no drive thru. Same friendly, fast service.

4. Normally when I visit this Starbucks Isaac is the one who helps me at the window and is always super nice and friendly. However, this past week when I visited, there was a young lady who was all about tips to the point where she pushed the pad outside the window and asked me to fill it out now I’m all about giving tips however, when I feel pressured and doing so it makes me not want to come back and visit your location. I feel like the box outside the window is plenty to remind people to leave a tip as they should, however, please don’t do this to your customers. It’s so rude . And also, I do not need an education on how my chip card doesn’t work and I should be contacting my bank. I feel this is my business and do not need to be schooled on it. Maybe there is a reason that option had been turned off on my card.

5. Jay was our drive thru host tonight & his hospitality really stood out to us! We appreciated him talking to us while we waited on pour overs. Thank you for serving guests well! Way to go Jay, keep it up!👏🏼👏🏼
