1. Serviced by Sandy. He was friendly and professional, helped me make the best decision on my order, no regrets on the ginger cookie! The atmosphere [18:00 wed] was relaxing and quiet perfect for me to charge my phone and make a few work calls.

2. Usually a nice welcoming team here, however today was completely the opposite. Both staff were rude and really looked like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t even get a hello when we walked in… Really poor customer service.

3. We read the reviews before coming and thought that it might have just been a learning the ropes scenario. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be case; the service is just really, really slow and the staff all appear very uninterested in being here.

   The actual place is nicely built, and decent to work in, so if you are going to be settled in for a while it’s probably still worth your time – just not for a quick takeaway!

   My drink was also quite well made, once I did receive it…

4. Just wanted to leave a quick review for Sue. She went above and beyond when we ordered a drink from the app, and they didn’t have any ice to make it. She helped us pick and make one to our liking off the menu and offered us advice and guidance aNd couldn’t do anymore to help us. Would give the service 6 stars if I could! Go Sue!

5. Rayane was amazing service, such a beautiful Starbucks store! Really enjoyed our experience as overseas travellers, would recommend to anyone looking for a quick stop for morning tea or breakfast. Thank you again Rayane for your incredible & kind service 🤍
