1. Really Surprised by quick services and taste I actually wanted. This Staf girl named Kainat made my day.

2. The worst customer service. It is forbidden to get hot water in my own cup just because I didn’t order something at that time. Eventhough I come and order here and at other branches many times. Got my hot water anytime at any other branches, but not this one. Just a shame..

3. Not a great experience! Only 2 staff they had a huge queue, deliveroo orders and the guy making drinks look liked he was drunk!!
   I asked about the eggnog drink as needed to check to make sure it was gf. The lady had to check a tablet , surly the staff should know ! She didn’t have a clue she said it has egg and milk in it , is that OK!!!???? Its gluten ( wheat / barley etc you need to be looking for , absolutely shocking, clearly no staff training quite dangerous really .

4. Not sure what’s wrong with this Starbucks staff. They tend to over socialise with each other at the expense of customers. Almost every time I go in. I have to repeat my order and requests more than once just for them to get right! There is a difference between having a team spirit at workplace and hanging out !

5. Really slow service, staff seem bored and uninterested – unusual for a Starbucks. The drinks quality is good though. Pastry case looks clean and tidy even in busy times, presentable and appealing.
