Starbucks

1. Ordered a grande matcha. The cup was as seen in the pictures: too foamy, not properly diluted and not filled to the rim, as per Starbucks’s own standards.
   The shop wasn’t busy by any means, so I can not give the benefit of the doubt in this particular case.

   EDIT: talked to the staff about the drink and they replaced it with the drink in the third picture; the milk was silkier and there were no matcha crumbs. The staff member who helped me deal with the situation was very welcoming and helpful.

2. Visited this Starbucks on the 17th of July in the evening and was met with excellent customer service from a man who seemed to be working the shop all by himself. He made me and my boyfriend feel very welcome in the shop, and we both hope he gets some praise for treating his customers so kindly 🙂

3. The staff are very lovely, will sometimes have a nice chat with you. I’m always getting a drink before I start work and one of the girls who work there, not sure what her name is, knows my order and gets it ready before I’ve said it out loud which is quite good that she knows my order and has it already prepared. The place is always kept clean too!

4. Awful place. Staff chatting whilst tables are filthy. Barista just through rubbish in window on floor when asked to clean table but left remaining tables dirty. Please see photos. Would give less that one star if I could

5. Staff were very rude from start to finish. Made to feel an inconvenience when ordering – server had to go back and make the drinks venti on the order despite me asking for it and they were clearly not happy about this. Two staff members just chatting to eachother and ignoring customers. The couple before us had their drinks literally slided at them and that was it, didn’t even tell them what drink it was and they were ignored when asking. When ours came, both drinks were a mess – sloppy and spilled all down the outside. We had to clean them ourselves. One was the wrong size (even after our ordering issue earlier..), but at this point we just wanted to escape so we left.
