Starbucks Coffee

1. Best Starbucks I’ve had in ages. Was only a iced vanilla latte but the guy working his butt off alone was so friendly while he juggled customers perfectly… expected an ok drink given his constant customers and still staying cheery but was amazing and he was so smiley even though was hot and gross in the station.

2. I’m not a massive fan of Starbucks coffee, but I just needed a hot drink on a cold morning when heading into the Yorkshire Dales. Service was efficient, polite and pleasant enough. The staff didn’t take issue with the dregs of my previous coffee being left in my reusable cup, as some do. It was also a really good Americano, which was a nice surprise as I often find Starbuck’s Americano to be bland, weak and tasteless in the UK (somehow it’s better in the US).

3. Such a warm-hearted service. It was a very hot day and I felt dehydrated and wanted to buy a bottle of water but they’ve just sold out. The person who worked there was so kind and gave me a cup and guided me to where I could refill it with fresh water.A massive thank you to Starbucks people.

4. Asked for a frappé and was refused despite store not being closed for 50 minutes. However my friend was served an iced latte. Frappe blender was working had just been cleaned down. However wasn’t given an explanation I was just brushed off rudely.

5. Lovely little Starbucks on the footbridge at Leeds Station.

   Is usually pretty busy, as its in a train station, but my drink always arrives quickly, so it’s never a problem for me. Just make sure that you leave plenty of time for yourself if you have a train to catch.

   There is also a large selection of snacks, despite the small size of the shop itself. The drinks menu is also pretty big, with lots of choice. There are a couple of tables and chairs overlooking the rail lines, and more chairs along the walkway.

   The staff are always lovely and friendly and provide great efficient service! 💚
