Starbucks Coffee

1. This was my Java chip Frappuccino yesterday. 2nd one the replacement after complaint. Still as bad. No sorry from staff. Looked at like an idiot. #leeds store 56792 – Cheers Sid for a great drink – NOT

2. Visited here today (15/06/24) kirkstall Starbucks. Had a great tasting latte. It’s the 1st time I’ve been to this particular one. It’s very clean and tidy.

   The staff were great. Very friendly. I will definitely be visiting this branch again when I’m in kirkstall.

3. I can’t help but leave a glowing review because of Lily’s exceptional service! She truly made my experience outstanding. If only every cup of coffee I purchased came with the same level of care and attention. Lily, you are simply the best! Thank you for making my buying experience incredibly enjoyable.

4. Drive Thru was closed when I pulled up at 10.20pm ( supposed to be open until 11 pm? so I had to park up and walk in getting wet in the rain only to be told they do not have any vegan cream 😬very disappointing I staff were friendly, despite not being able to serve me the drink I wanted; hopefully next time I pop past , the drive thru will be open and they have vegan cream 🤞

5. Excellent service on the drive thru at 4:40pm today. The lady was very nice and offered to upgrade the drink to a large because I was using my free drink. Made my day that did.
