Starbucks Coffee

1. Tables empty of people but not of dirty pottery and didn’t see any cleaning if the tables in preparation fir the next customer.
   Staff pleasant, food and coffee to standard.
   Toilet, not great hand basin reseal needed, mirrors not great shabby, no loo paper but alerted staff and they sorted. Always carry tissues – for emergencies. I’m always comparing establishments, Starbucks, I expect more.

2. This used to be my goto Starbucks, Yuri is a fantastic manager. Unfortunately the last two times, there has been a new male manager with a fade haircut, he wears a white shirt with no apron or name badge to identify himself (08.09.24 12:00) the individual is extremely unpleasant, on this occasion I bought a new reusable green cup, he insinuated that I was going to use it without paying for it. I asked for a medium drink in the cup, he said it was a large cup suggesting I need to pay for a large beverage – the cups are one size, if I ask for a medium put that volume in the cup, its not complicated. I noticed a few other customers dealing with his attitude. The rest of the team at that location are awesome it’s a shame it only takes one person to ruin a good experience

3. It provides a good environment , no matter chatting with friends or studying alone.
   Staffs are very nice, especially a lady who made a coffee with ‘Heart’ 💕

4. Average Starbucks in Cambridge which is ok if you need to meet up. The staff were miserable and I had to ask for straws for our iced coffee.

5. Nice atmosphere, but the coffee was terrible. The worst I’ve had in quite a while. Please, Starbucks, Cambridge deserves better. This is one of the few places where you can get a coffee in the evening.
