Starbucks Coffee

1. Nice Starbucks inside the shopping centre. Can get really busy and sometimes people sit on seats without actually going in to order which I find annoying. But all in all good coffee shop.

2. Will start off by saying staff are nice and friendly, also quick to serve drinks so can’t fault the staff here. The actual location is dreadfully worn out and dirty though. Sofas are torn and wallpaper is falling off the walls. This has been like it for many months now so it’s not as if there hasn’t been chance to fix it. Unfortunately most of the Starbucks outlets in Cambridge seem the same, they are all very run down. I believe they are all run by the same franchise company too.

3. A tired branch in need of refurbishment. Work sofas, old, partially working toilet and peeling wallpaper. Drinks take a while to be ready, but we’re good when they finally were.

4. Cashless money grabber. Won’t be coming back again. Coffee is good, but croissants not very fresh.

5. Busy but Clean

   It’s amazing that the seats and tables of the cafe were still clean, as we arrived at tea time. When the cafe was very busy.

   It’s crazily busy, but the standard did not drop. As efficient and tasty as always.
