Starbucks Coffee

1. Worst Starbucks ever! Surly staff, absolutely filthy floors and tables, really shabby decor, and a pile of parcels on the seating. We left without drinking our coffee when we realised that our cups were dirty. The toilet was awful, with no paper and again, a filthy floor and sink. They couldn’t blame any of this on being busy as there was only a handful of customers and no queue on arrival or departure……. Maybe that should have been our cue to leave before wasting our money. Shocking place!!

2. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too the staff were extremely rude and dismissive and very slow. They made my drink wrong twice and didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. The place is dirty and lacks any atmosphere. Will never visit again.

3. Food and drinks were fine. Can’t fault the staff behind the tills but there was no one on the ‘floor’ in the half an hour or so that we were there. We didn’t have to queue, and there was a steady flow of people in and out after us. However, the cleanliness of the space wasn’t great. 2 of the tables were unable to be used and the window ledge (where we originally tried to stand until a table with chairs was available) were all dumped with waste / spilt drinks etc. I understand the staff do not make this mess but this shouldn’t be left for the next round of customers to clear up (or dump on the nearest table). Seating was limited – this table pictured had no chairs around it and there was only 2 stools along the window (1 in use by another customer). No seating was available upstairs either for the size of our group of 3 at the time – which upon reflection we should have checked prior to ordering to sit in. Overall, the experience was extremely off-putting having to manoeuvre other people’s mess and clean the tables. Disappointed.

4. Like a lot of Starbucks now a days Nice coffee but lacking in seating and branch hygiene cleaning Bland and empty of warmth cosiness
   The high chair looks depressed
   Been in one man bands coffee bars with so much more as you walk inside
   All staff polite

5. £1.90 for 2 biscuits absolute disgrace. I had a sausage bap and it was awful, the bap was so tough. Coffee was ok, won’t be going back! The druggies outside didn’t do much for the atmosphere. Table was filthy
