Starbucks Coffee

1. tell me why a barista put normal whipped cream on a mocha with oat milk? and then when i asked she said “i asked if it was a preference” like what?? yes a preference to no dairy.. lmaooo. two young girls attitudes was awful too

2. I have lived in Liverpool for 10 years. I don’t have perfect English, but I don’t like people who try to cheat foreigners. I asked for a pumpkin cream ice oat, at the checkout… they made me pay, more than 5 pounds and they served me something completely different. When I humbled myself, apologizing for my English, they told me that what I was looking for didn’t exist. It was in the window, when I asked at the checkout, they understood me and made me pay. I took a simple espresso, even though I paid more than 5 pounds. I was embarrassed. There were a lot of people. You should choose better who works for this big chain.

3. This place is filthy.
   We were supposed to have coffee but the place is disgustingly dirty.
   We thought the food and drinks would also be dirty since they cannot keep the place clean.
   We just left and didn’t bother.

4. I feel like I own this place a praising. So here it is.

   Thank you for having my drink ready even at busy times.

   Also, a big thank you to a few of the people there who understand that I may at times be impatient and still be friendly.

   Overall, I like this place. Moreover, because of the upstairs and that the smell of coffee is not too strong to make you sick.

5. Went to 2 different Starbucks in Liverpool as my daughter loves the place..not being a coffee lover I had breakfast tea. Friendly staff..comfy chairs and reasonably priced drinks.
