Starbucks Coffee

1. I had a very poor experience- Louise was sarcastic and mocking when I asked about one of the drinks and what it contains. When I picked up the drink, she massively overspilled it so that it was running over the sides of the cup. She didn’t bother to clean it up and I was stood at the counter mopping up the mess she made. Very poor customer service overall and the drink tasted quite bad.

2. Always good, staff are great. A lot of the other reviewers seem to want to be waited on hand a and foot. It’s a coffee shop, that serves consistently good coffee quickly and with a smile.

3. Overall it’s great don’t usually have an issue but I ordered via Deliveroo yesterday but needed to speak to someone at Starbucks regarding my order. 8 calls later not a single pick up.

4. Hard to find a table that wasn’t cluttered with dirty cups etc. Staff pleasant enough, food looked less than fresh.

5. I got exactly what I ordered served by friendly and polite staff.

   This is definitely one of the nicer branches
