Starbucks Coffee

1. Always a great place to stop for tea or coffee and maybe a snack to keep you going or take a break and relax.
   Starbucks always has the same products so you know what to expect, plus the products are always a great taste.
   This Starbucks is inside the shopping centre which leads down to Edinburgh Waverley Station.
   Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

2. Awful . I only ordered tea and was standing waiting for 20 minutes while all the other complicated orders were fulfilled. I had to ask if the tea was actually being made before someone actually made them. I almost cancelled the order. Genuinely terrible. The staff seem nice and I’m sure they are overworked and underpaid but it’s silly to have to wait that long especially in a train station

3. Manager and staff were very rude. They need appropriate training on customer service. I ordered VERY BERRY drinks, gave me berry flavoured water instead, insisted its just taste the same. No apologies, no nothing. This is something uncalled for on a Starbucks environment. What a shame!

4. Two of the on duty staff members seem to of found it acceptable to point & laugh at a customers infront of me’s appearance. To the person with the stars on your face & the other who was working with Paulo the evening of the 29th September all I can say is; do better, it doesn’t cost anything to be nice.

5. i was served this morning by two lovely women one was named Sylvia and the other i didn’t see her name tag i was in there studying and they were happy and cheerful definitely played into me having a good day! The man working was also great very efficient with clearing dirty tables this was around 9am-10:30am 🙂
