Starbucks Coffee

1. I’m so angry about today’s experience! The staff didn’t check the lid of my iced matcha latte, so when I drink it, it poured on my T-shirt, on my face, on my hands!! All this thing happened just when I was about to step out the store, and no anyone come to help me. When I go back to handle the drink on my clothes, still no one else come to apologize! How you did the employee training???

2. Pretty mediocre experience.
   Coffee was horrible and dreadful value for money. Staff seem deeply unhappy and the environment is pretty moody. All of the tables were sticky to the touch and empty cups/plates were all over the place.
   No cups available when we came so we had to drink out of a single use takeaway cup even when drinking in.

3. Nice Starbucks in the middle of Bristol, staff were friendly and a good store overall. Had plenty of seats on ground floor as well and further seating on the second level. Lots of power points to charge your devices which makes it great to do some work from. Recommended

4. Great location as it’s right in the centre of a busy shopping street.

   We really enjoyed our warm drink in their huge glass mugs, and their pastry (chocolate twist).

   Would be nicer if tables were cleaned more frequently as when you enter the cafe the first thing you notice (while looking for a place to sit) is a few tables with mugs and plates from previous customers that had already left the premises.

5. I was not particularly impressed with the variety of food choices nor the tidiness of the place. No one came to collect the mugs and wraps of previous customers, despite the shop almost empty. I could have barely understood with a very busy place, but completely empty? I understand that shifts can be exhausting, but it should not be at the expenses of the customers. I would not recommend it
