Starbucks Coffee Birmingham New Street 3

1. Me and my son visited this store whilst waiting for our train and one male employee did not act as he should. When waiting to be served he had his head on the counter and we had to wait for him to come and serve us. When asked where the hot chocolates were on the menu all he said was ‘they’re not there’. He didn’t ask what we wanted or explain about the sizes and prices and syrups, just stood and looked blankly. Very poor service from him.

2. Fantastic service, lovely staff very friendly, polite and efficient

   We were served by the wonderful twosome Jeimarah and Vin ☺️

3. Cannot collect loyalty unless you pay with the app itself. Staff don’t understand a Yorkshire accent and humiliate you in front of other staff and customers. I asked for extra hot and got like wa and half a cup. Never again amd I’ll tell everyone else the same.

4. Shout out to Amreeta for the excellent service. She was approachable, made my order correctly whilst handling other multiple orders. Her quick and speedy service whilst also serving with a smile and professionalism needs to be commended.

5. Nafise served me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but since I was asked, I wanted to share my experience at Starbucks. Nafise was very kind and worked hard to keep customers happy. She was managing everything on her own, taking and preparing orders at the same time, and she did it all with great effort. I really appreciate her dedication.
