1. My first plate of food looked over cooked well the fish, I could not eat it so I sent it back . The second dish that came out was good. I don’t like to complain, but if things are not right, then one should complain. It’s how the restaurant deals with your complaint matters. The second dish was perfect, so thank you to the staff for putting things right.

2. Just been in for lunch before we check into haven , with my partner and 2 boys. Service was great, Ethan on the carvery was lovely and polite. Food was great !

3. We were a group of 12 people. The staff were courteous and very helpful and the food was great. Everyone had only positive comments about the quality of the food served.

   The one point to address is the number of people behind the till, especially in busy times as I had to wait quite a bit even just to place the order.

   Otherwise all good and will visit again.

4. Go here quie often when in Wales which is often due to having a caravan. Great pub that has a dog friendly area and a great sea view. Can get extremely hectic when busy especially in high season. One of those pubs does what it says on the menu. Lol. Food is average but it’s what you’d expect service most of the time is fine with no problems probs needs more staff to clear tables etc at busy times however hasn’t put us off going. If in the area we’ll worth a visit.

5. Overall the experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and value for money for portions on what we ordered. The food was very good, although my one complaint is that the steak on both mixed grills that were ordered were over cooked. We ordered one medium-rare and one medium and both arrived medium-well to well cooked. Still perfectly edible, just not as ordered. One suggestion I have is that you add the BBQ steak topper to the mixed grill add on menu. 100% will be returning again- first place I’ve seen belly pork on offer for the carvery and I hope it’s still offered when I next visit.
