Sunday in Brooklyn – Modern American Restaurant Notting Hill

1. Me and my husband had our wedding reception here and it was honestly the best decision!
   We had been to Sunday in Brooklyn 4 times before this and each time was super enjoyable. The staff here are always friendly, welcoming and communication was really good throughout the planning process. The food? Amazing. We really wanted a casual, intimate but still elegant dining experience.. Sunday in Brooklyn was just that! This place will always be special to us and we can’t wait to be back again soon. For any couples looking for a unique wedding reception, I’d highly recommend this place!

2. Went there for a birthday brunch, and definitely was so worth it. The staff were so kind and made us feel very welcome. Very attentive to detail too. The food was good although I expected the bread to be better and more toasted (it just felt cold and not really what we expected for the price). The potatoes were unbelievably good – probably the best part for me. My partner had the steak with eggs and was absolutely stunning! Will be coming back!

3. Brilliant private room to hold an event. In our case a wonderful 30th gathering with friends family and kids. Food was a wonderful surprise as the flavours were exquisite an upgrade from some familiar dishes. The chicken breast was a hit as we all commented that we have never had it so tender (almost melts in the mouth). Presentation of dishes was great. The service was fabulous. Staff were polite and at hand. Really have to credit the overall experience and will be returning.

4. I recently visited Sunday in Brooklyn and had an outstanding dining experience! The highlight of my visit was the Egg Sandwich and the Sunday Pancakes. The Egg Sandwich was perfectly crafted with fresh ingredients, a deliciously runny yolk. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had!

   The Sunday Pancakes were equally impressive – fluffy, light, and topped with a generous serving of syrup. They were the perfect blend of sweetness and texture, making for an indulgent yet satisfying treat. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a delightful meal from start to finish.

   I highly recommend Sunday in Brooklyn to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable breakfast or brunch. I can’t wait to return and try more of their fantastic offerings!

5. I have been waiting to go to this place for years and finally got the chance to have brunch with my friends before our Taylor Swift concert. It was a fantastic start to the day. The pancake absolutely lives up to the hype and I highly recommend letting the table share. It was moist and fluffy with amazing praline flavor and the perfect texture. I would go back for this alone. I had the banana espresso martini and it was incredible, not overpowering on the banana flavor and had great quality coffee. Everyone was impressed with their meals and the service was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
