Tesco Express

1. Great place to shop. Bought fruit, pastries, chocolate, water for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Just didn’t have card for discounts

2. I do my shopping here few times a week and not every person from the service is nice. Two girls who talk a lot while working in their own language the one with blond hair always walks around as if she was there as a punishment. 😂
   Today morning when i done shopping self-service I asked for help from the guy who was standing there. (With Black hair) .There was no one around and he told me to go to the next machine. He didn’t even check. I stopped shopping and moved to the next one. I guess even standing was too tiring so he didn’t show any interest.
   I shop here only because it’s close for me if it was about the service I would never come back here.

3. Thank you very much for the amazing customer service! My friend (w/26) and I (m/20) wanted to get 4 measly cans of beer. We (sober as day) were asked to show our ID’s. So far completely fine. However, my friend sadly forgot her ID at home. So even though I was the one buying the beer and presenting my ID, we still were not allowed to buy it. The funny part however is, that we both had our official college Student ID cards stating our full name and the date of birth and my friend also had a photocopy of her passport, yet we couldn’t get the beer. So thank you to that incredible dense worker at Tesco. You can take your rules and your tiny fragile ego and stick them where the sun doesn’t shine.
   Go Sainsbury!

4. I have been shopping in central Oxford for 7 years and never met someone as helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful as Gratiela. She is a credit to Tesco and should be lauded as such.

5. Tesco was out of sandwiches that I wanted maybe because of the weekend and everyone is visiting like Oxford me. I got a cheese and onion sandwich at the end.
