  1. We stopped by Big Biscuit for breakfast during our trip to Kansas City to watch Chiefs vs Saints – and it was fantastic! The moment we walked in, the warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff was welcoming and quick to get us seated, despite the busy morning rush.

Now, the food—absolutely delicious! The biscuits are massive, buttery, and perfectly flaky. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and it was hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. The gravy had a great peppery flavor, and the portions were generous.

Overall, Big Biscuit exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty breakfast or just want to enjoy some of the best biscuits around, this place won’t disappoint. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kansas City!

  2. Stopped by on a Saturday morning. Busy place. Friendly staff. Good service. Food came out pretty quick. Server didn’t check on us until we were nearly done though. She did fulfill my request for a to go container quickly. I was disappointed in the sausage gravy…..I found only 1 or 2 little pieces of sausage in the bowl. Mostly a thick white gravy, with a lot of black pepper in it. One suggestion would be to have an employee sweep up the chunks of food on the floor instead of holding the door open for customers…..I slipped on chunks of potato and peppers on my way to the bathroom. Our bill was $48 with 22% tip for 2 breakfast entrees and a glass of sweet tea. Our server, Jessica, was very kind and offered my husband a to go sweet tea.

  3. By no means our first time here, but it is such a fun breakfast spot! The food portions are large and I’ve never left hungry. Pancakes or waffles or something Benedict or even just a sweet tooth, there is something for everyone here! So head on out and get your eggs, sausage or bacon fix. And don’t forget to tip your waitress!

  4. Feels like a typical chain breakfast eatery, the food was good, portions were fair, and the service was good but it was pretty busy, somewhat loud, and the seating was a bit cramped. Otherwise, it was a great place to grab a bite after leaving the airport. The waitress was very sweet, she seemed a bit frazzled and spread then since it was busy after all.
Parking was easy and the bathrooms were nice and clean!

  5. This was our first visit and because we have food restrictions, our server made accommodations for us and was so kind and excepting. The recommendations she made for us were amazing. The food was so delicious and peeling. The sticky biscuit was absolutely amazing and my husband and I had to order a second one because we were fighting over the first one. Anna was our server and was absolutely amazing.
