1. Incredible food last night !
   Crab bisque with brown ale soda bread.
   Hake with autumnal vegetables and borlotti bean casserole.
   Chocolate mousse with marinated cherries, crushed almonds and bailey’s ice-cream.
   Some , amazing, new tastes, that I have never encountered before! Faultless as always, such a wonderful treat !
   Serving staff and Jonathan amazing, so helpful, friendly and so perfect !!

2. Discover Laleston’s Hidden Gem!
   Located at the back of the 14th-century Laleston Inn, this charming rustic restaurant exudes a quaint countryside vibe. Adorned with bare wooden tables and country-style decor, complete with rabbit-themed accents from photo frames to salt and pepper shakers. The low ceilings and doors instantly transport you to a bygone era of tavern charm.

   Upon stepping through the restaurant door, you are greeted warmly by the service team and catch a glimpse of the immaculately clean kitchen where Jonathan, the owner and head chef, works his culinary magic.

   It is recommended to book a table in advance due to the limited availability of tables at this restaurant, as it tends to get quite busy.

   The menu at this restaurant reflects the Black Rabbit brand, with sections labeled ‘On Your Marks,’ ‘Get Set,’ and ‘Go!’ – fortunately, no rabbits were harmed for the menu.

   Indulge in tender meats that melt at the touch of your fork, alongside crispy yet fluffy chips, complemented by rich and flavorful jus and sauces that enhance the overall taste experience.
   The portions are just right – satisfyingly generous without making you reach for the unbuttoning of your jeans!

   The team was attentive and incredibly friendly. They were always nearby if you required assistance but also gave you space to savor your meal together. It was the ideal blend of hospitality.

4. Had Sunday lunch for the first time today.
   Superb food – the best slow cooked roast lamb ever! Very generous portions. Beautifully presented. Excellent service. Great prices.
   Will definitely be back!

5. Had a lovely meal here on Friday, the food was delicious, well presented and good value for money. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, cosy and has a great atmosphere. All of the staff we dealt with were extremely polite and friendly and really are a credit to the business. Will definitely be back soon!
