The Blues Kitchen Camden

1. Love the vibe of the place!
   Amazing interior design!
   Great music, they have live soul/r&b/jazz every night and stays open until after midnight!
   I tried the blackened salmon and food was exceptional!
   Definitely a great place to visit!
   Staff very smiley and friendly!
   Will definitely return!

2. Buffalo chicken wings and short rib feast are heavenly, must-order menu items.
   Sirloin steak was meh.
   The corn ribs are also nice. Overall, I’m totally impressed and definitely plan to visit again. I managed to find a free parking space easily after 5:30 on Saturday. Don’t miss out on the desserts.
   Value for money: passed

3. I was here on a Sunday as I wanted to have the bottomless wings which cost £14 per person and they had two sauces on offer – buffalo and schezwan , both incredibly delicious. The service is good. The staff are prompt and polite. The ambience is great, there’s ample seating and between 12-6 it’s quite packed so it’s better you make a reservation in prior.
   I have been here before and also to their other outlets and the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the fact that at first I was given 2 dirty plates until o asked them to change it and it was quite disappointing. They changed the plates later but I was already put off.

4. Loved everything about this place. Came here multiple nights on our visit to London. They are open late, the food is delicious and the service is great. Everyone is really cool and friendly that works here. The live music is some of the best!

5. This is a really beautiful building and decor like something out of The Temple of Doom (in a good way).
   The beers are a bit mediocre (standard mass produced brewery types) which is a shame but manageable. The chicken wings and bourbon/whisky selection were very good.

   We were too early to enjoy live music but it looked like it would work nicely.

   The only downside (which is a shame as it would put me off outright recommending it) was the service. While the barman that served me was very attentive we’d take a small 2 person bar table. About 30 mins in a waitress came and told us the table was reserved so we’d need to move to stand at the bar (mid eating wings). I said how long did we have and they said they were already here. I said we’d finish our drinks (half left) and we would leave.
   We then kept being harassed by further staff to leave the table (bear in mind many booths were completely empty) when eventually I directly said: the table did not say it was reserved, we had spent a good amount of money at it since and would not be leaving the table until we finished our drinks: at which point they left us alone… But such a sad and unnecessary end to what could have been a flawless review.
