The Café On The Corner

1. Hosted a baby shower here on a Sunday for my best friend. Jeanette was very accomodating and friendly, nothing was a problem. They’re was plenty of food and great choices, the sausage rolls were to die for and lovely thick ham in the sandwiches. Everyone commented on the lemon drizzle cake and brownies and there was plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to go around. Jeanette also providing some lovely decorations and balloons. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!

2. Breakfast was nice but the cafe was very warm inside, a bit of ventilation would be nice. Quite disappointing that you cannot pay by card, getting told to run to the cashpoint in the rain isn’t the greatest.

3. Lovely staff food is very tasty and a good cuppa tea. What more could you want.

4. It’s a lovely cafe, the staff are very friendly. The decor makes it feel very homely, it’s the second time I’ve been and I loved it. Great food, too, and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to come again.

5. A lovely tea room and cafe. I had the chicken club sandwich and it was very tasty. A good balance with salad and coleslaw on the side.
