The Cardan Bar & Grill

1. Fantastic food. Service was excellent and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. There were 5 of us, 3 had Korean Chicken Strips which they said was absolutely delicious. One had salmon on mash and also loved it. I had scampi and chips and have to say the scampi was gorgeous, the batter was so light.

2. Food 5 stars. But 3 stars over all.
   What let it down was the slow service, one server threw the plates on the table. No.glasses were collected from the table at all. Took ages to pay. Could have walked out without any staff noticing..
   The toilets were next level grim. All had broken toilet seats and absolutely stank. Doors didn’t lock either.
   Shame.

3. Lovely hot fresh food. Great service by the 2 staff who were on. Restaurant was quiet but that suited us nicely!

4. The Cardan yet again served us a fabulous meal, I’m addicted to the mushroom toast starter, yes I know it doesn’t sound like much. BUT YOU NEED TO TRY IT !! First time having the lamb rump with a side of shepherd’s pie, the flavour was amazing !
   Staff all wonderful polite and efficient.
   Special £5 offer on cocktails at certain times.

5. Good place with good staff and decent food. The ribs were tasty and tender, and the fish of the day was also good. Worth a stop if in the area.
