1. This is a massive waste of time, collected the LOYALTY vouchers all year to use for my birthday, and was told I can’t use it?? Sorry love I don’t know much about the app…? Wow well trained staff … gets manager who’s just as clueless has know explanation why it’s not added to my wallet or what I can do to resolve this.
   So don’t be surprised when you have had your 8th visit you will have the same standard of I don’t know service. We won’t return ever again and go somewhere, where they DO NOT HONOUR their loyalty scheme!

2. Another sizzling pub chain outlet, in the middle of a housing estate, unless you are looking for it, you would not just come across it. Small carpark to front and side, but parking around the area was available. Large inside seating area, menu same as other chain pubs, drinks are of similar offer to other pubs. Food was well presented and tasty, despite being quite it took a while before it came out.

3. Clean and welcoming. Nicely decorated inside. Friendly helpful staff. Not too busy when we arrived and it had a nice atmosphere. The menu is varied and great value for money. Our food arrived quickly and was really tasty. The only negative I can think of was parking. We parked outside ok but parking is quite limited.

4. The food choices on the menu were quite run of the mill, had people in our group with dietary requirements where there was only one option on the menu they could have
   The bar service was swift and friendly, but the table service was rushed and a little abrupt .
   Could probably do with a few more staff and then staff wouldn’t be so rushed.
   If you want a quiet meal this isn’t a place for that, it’s very noisy and their are lots of kids.

5. Amazing food, well priced and service was 10/10
