The Glad Cafe CIC

1. The staff here remain absolutely wonderful and they get five stars. The space is lovely: clean, cosy, comforting and relaxed. The food is not as good as it was several years ago. You won’t get a bad meal here: but you won’t walk away with a belly full of deliciousness anymore either. Can be a bit pricey now as portions can be on the small side.

2. I love this space and atmosphere.

   Food is good and decently priced.

   Bar service always fast and friendly.

   It also has a small venue at the back for gigs and open mics etc. I’ve been to some great events in there.

   Gender neutral toilets too.

3. Love this place! Coffee is excellent and food is always up to a great standard. Remember to check the specials list on the blackboard 👌🏻

4. Dropped by after trying another cafe (which was full) and so glad we went here. The decor is cool and fun, the staff were lovely and the food was next level. Gorgeous place with great service and fantastic food. Can’t wait to go back!

5. Went to see Janice Burns and John Doran gig. Xmas folk music. Very nice night and great venue for this music. They are on tour currently and worth a watch
