What an amazing meal! We ordered the set meal and it did not disappoint. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful atmosphere in the “tunel” under the city streets. So unique and charming.
The service staff go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. We were offered a complimentary after dinner shot. If we lived in London, England, we’d be here frequently. Highly recommend!!!
“Absolutely delightful dining experience. We were thoroughly impressed by the flavors, particularly the unique blend of spices that really stood out. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering us excellent recommendations. Sam took care of our table with such warmth and charm. A definite 100% recommendation!”
Location wise little challenging as its not very much visible outside. Food is great, staffs are amazing.
They do have lunch menu. Particularly for daily office people very useful. Some items I feel are little expensive but keeping the fact of its location , it is expected.
Note: I couldn’t find any wheelchair accessibility option. So better to check directly with the restaurant.
Overall good experience .
I’m not too sure about prices in London, but it seems expensive to me. One chicken tikka, one lamb tikka, two small bowls of rice, and three chapatis cost £45. I don’t think it should be that pricey, especially since the food was just average in taste, it could be enough for 2 persons only. I hope my review is fair. I haven’t factored in the price, as I’m unfamiliar with London, being just a traveler.
Met some friends for a girls night out. Sat at a corner table. Nice cosy atmosphere (mind your head though as low ceilings) and attentive service. I think the food was a mix of very good and ok. The main dishes especially the garlic lamb dish was v flavourful. My lamb jalfrezi was ok. The spicing or flavour wasn’t quite right and I would have liked it to be a bit more saucey. All the side dishes were quite delicious. The mushroom rice, garlic nan and stuffed paratha. Would have preferred the aloo gobi to have had softer cubed potatoes, not halved small round new potatoes.
Luckily because we partook of each others’ dishes we enjoyed it overall.
