The Ivy On The Square Edinburgh

1. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful decor and elegant ambiance. The Ivy exudes a timeless charm that perfectly complements the indulgent experience of afternoon tea.

   The selection of teas and the exquisite array of sandwiches, scones, and pastries were absolutely delightful. Each item was meticulously prepared and presented, showcasing a perfect blend of classic and contemporary flavors. The champagne added a luxurious touch, making the experience even more special.

   The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Their warm hospitality made the experience all the more enjoyable.

2. Had a nice dinner. Wasn’t busy but we made reservations. The room is pretty & our waiter was wonderful. Enjoyed ourselves. The wine list was nice as well.

3. First time at The Ivy in Edinburgh and it’s a beautiful restaurant. Beautifully decorated with a great ambience. We had the afternoon tea with champagne, absolutely beautiful and very filling! The service is excellent, staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

4. We attended a very small, low key, friends wedding lunch, 9 in total. Staff we super brilliant, from the minute we arrived till we left. They let 4 of us set up some wedding bits & pieces as part of a surprise for the happy couple, let us know when they arrived & made the day feel really special. The food was excellent, everyone agreed.

5. The food and quality was very nice!
   The service is extremely slow , they delayed my drinks twice and after asking again and again after 15 min I got my beer. Then happen again with coffee.. normally you would apologise or give complementary… but nothing happen as usually.
   For the price you pay you should get higher standard.. in Glasgow I had much better experience.
