The Keel Row – JD Wetherspoon

1. For breakfast it was nice and quiet on our visit, which is perfect as I have a noise sensory thing.
   Our drinks and food came quickly and the wait staff were super on the ball.
   I have to say, and this is a big deal, our breakfasts were perfect! Nothing overcooked or dry or undercooked even presentation was nice and it was HOT.
   Other weatherspoons take note please! Do you know how many sub par brekkies I’ve had at a spoons and you guys are the only ones to get a genuine compliment and for me to leave a review? It’s been quite a few so congratulations.

   P.s. price was also very reasonable compared to other spoons.

2. I don’t eat much pizza but that day I needed some carbs, also it comes with the drink with good price ,I was satisfied with the pizza so ordered a 2nd round.

3. Serene indoor bar/lounge suitable for all with controlled access to underage at odd hours. Service is top-notch with friendly waiters and bartendering services. Food and drinks at affordable prices. Really enjoyed my experience there.

4. A nice little place inside the gate. Close to local bus route and metro. You get lovely food and drink at great price but the service isn’t brilliant, although we ordered from our table. The staff weren’t friendly or talkative but wasn’t rude either. Think they could clean tables better between customers and quicker especially as not many customers in but enough staff. I do go in regularly as good value for money.
   Once again this place really needs to keep up the cleaning of the table I quite often visit this place and have to ask for table to be cleared and table cleaned.
   I was in recently and had refillable hot chocolate
   Unfortunately the milk ran out I asked someone in purple shirt but he didn’t seem happy to have to fill the milk up. He wasn’t friendly or talkative at all. Thankfully a nice man dressed all in black, black shirt, think he could have been manager helped me and apologised because I was asked to use the other machine but it ran out of hot chocolate powder. He was very nice and apologetic. Thankfully. Here are few meals that I’ve had recently that were really nice.
   Once again can’t fault meal or price but the app doesn’t work good because not good Internet here. Also they arnt good and clearing tables here. I had to ask someone and yes he cleared the table but did not clean the table, it was dirty so I actually moved, I asked someone to clear this table and he did not wash it either, this time I used some wipes I had on me😯
   No they weren’t busy either
   Been back few times now no real change as you always have to clear tables to sit or ask for tables to be cleaned. Prices have gone up but when they do arrive they are mostly nice

   been back into weatherspoon and the table was actually cleared and clean, the food was lovely so all is good on this visit
   On various visits to Keel Row they never seem to clear the dishes from the tables, they take away empty glasses but never dishes or wipe table you either have to ask or put the dishes and glasses on a vacant table and I have cleaned the table myself on numerous occasions
   They also let male staff enter women’s toilets without shouting male attendant anyone in to give you warning a male member of staff is checking the toilets, thing this is really bad
   Would love wetherspoon to respond to this x

5. A long hair in my bowl of chips but kitchen staff don’t wear hair covers so perhaps not surprising. Four of the ladies toilets out of service. Makes me wonder about the management of the place.
