The Press Coffee and Book House

1. Don’t go if you wanted one of their penguin book cups 🙁 apparently they haven’t had them for years. It’s such a shame because the place was lovely, with good coffee and friendly staff, and they had wonderfully priced second hands books. The penguin book cups were the coolest thing I’ve ever seen a cafe bookstore do and to find out they’ve been discontinued (whilst still having multiple displayed on their walls!) was such a tease. They are also still displayed on their sign out the front which is a bit misleading. A disappointment 🙁

2. such a cute cozy spot shown to me by a friend with DELISH toasties, lovely chai and the nicest little bookstore vibes !! the staff were also super kind ! Would definitely come back here

3. Great coffee and a warm cosy vibe. Enjoy reading or play some card games! Plenty of vegans sweets and savoury pies.

4. Great spot to relax.
   I had to wait to meet someone so I popped in for morning tea.
   Plenty of seating and both large and small antique tables.
   Quiet enough to do work on your laptop or read a book.
   Great spot.
   They were out of the first 3 things I ordered.
   Chocolate brownie with a pot of tea was my final choice.

5. Love the cosy bookstore atmosphere. Great dirty chai and delicious pie 🥧 really appreciated the vegan options
